• Where do you ship?

The countries I can ship to, and the shipping prices, are all listed in the shipping policy section of my shop.

• When will my item be delivered?

International orders can take up to two months to be delivered. This can be due to customs delays, for instance. 

• Why am I asked to pay twice for shipping at check-out?

BigCartel may ask you for two shipping options at checkout. This is due to the shipping costs being different for stickers and for prints. If this happens, you may select the "extra shipping" option as the second shipping method: this way, you won't pay extra.

Please do not select this option in other circumstances! Otherwise I will not be able to fulfill your order.

• My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If your package has been lost by the postal services, feel free to contact me ; we'll figure out a solution together.

IMPORTANT: if you chose the "simple" shipping option at checkout, I will sadly not be able to provide a refund nor a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.

• I want a personalized sticker/print. Do you take commissions?

I do! You can check my commission sheet on my socials, or contact me directly, for all the information on this. Slots are very limited, though.

• I have another problem with my order / I have a question that isn't listed here.
